Payment and Sales Tax
- Payment Methods - Bestronics accepts bank transfers and TT payments for all orders. 100% of the payment is due before the order is shipping or picked up.
- Net Terms - Net terms can be set up with corporate accounts with good trade references and bank data standings. Please contact us for details
- Sales Tax - No sales tax is applied in Hong Kong. For countries with sales tax, we will follow the rules or regulations as required.
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Destinations - All prices quote is based on EX work factories. Customers need to provide shipper accounts and pay applicable shipping fees. If you do not have a shipper account, please notify us when ordering and we will arrange for the use of one on your behalf
- Local Pickup - Local pick up is available depending on the stock status in our Hong Kong warehouse.
- Delivery Times - Bestronics makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are subject to approval by our sales department. In-stock items placed on business days before 2 pm are generally shipped within 2-3 business day. Weekend orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays will be processed on the next 2-3 business day in the following week
- Shipping Discrepancies - It is the customers’ responsibility to receive and check upon receipt of merchandise if the items received are correct, missing, or damaged in transit. Please review our warranty, liability, and return information below for how to file a claim
Warranty & Liability
- Products shipped by Bestronics come with a limited one-year warranty. Bestronics warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The only exception is fiber jumpers which include a limited three-year warranty from the date of shipment. Any Bestronics product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or better component or a credit will be issued at our option.
- Bestronics makes no warranty as to the merchantability, fitness or application of the products.
- Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Bestronics' liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Recipient must report to freight carrier immediately when damaged boxes are received.
- If recipient is dissatisfied with the purchase or finds the item received dead-on-arrival (DOA), refund or exchange request has to be made within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise.
- Before returning the merchandise, recipient must fill out the RMA Request Form and receive a RMA number from Bestronics.
- Items returned for credit must be in the original package with all accessories, all supporting documentation and in resalable condition. Improper packaging may void the warranty. A copy of the original invoice along with the RMA number must be included.
- Bestronics will inspect and test all returned items received. They will be processed contingent upon the test result.
- A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged on All Goods Returned for Credit. All credit, exchange, and fees will be assessed at the discretion of Bestronics once the items are received and inspected. A credit memo will be issued and sent to the purchaser for future purchases.
- A fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- At Bestronics' discretion, defective items may be repaired, exchanged for the same part number or equivalent model, or refunded.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items being returned for refund must be returned by prepaid freight.
